1. Switch Gmail's look from the command bar. Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) and pick "Appearance: Minimal" or "Appearance: Default".
2. Select on Hover works with the keyboard. Press j, k or the arrow keys and your shortcuts follow the keyboard until you move the mouse. The highlight also stays on an email after you select it.
3. 💤 Snooze and Remind understand 9a and 9p, including with days, like "fri 9p".
4. Type "week" in snooze or reminders to push an email out by exactly one week.

v70.7.1 (2nd October 2026)

1. 🐦 fix: The Minimal appearance preset no longer changes your labels. Choosing Minimal used to shorten nested paths and tuck labels under More. Labels now stay as you set them.
2. 🐞 fix: Manage Subscription now opens the Stripe customer portal. Update your card or cancel from Settings or the command bar, without going through the pricing page.

1. CMDK now works when Gmail is offline. With Chrome offline mail on, you can send, archive, delete, and nuke without waiting for the internet. Messages wait in the outbox and go out when you are back online.

1. Select on Hover is out of beta, and built for stability. It now works even when a reading pane is open.
2. Delete all and Archive all from sender are faster. We have made performance improvements so they zip through a sender's history more quickly.

1. NEW: Copy link to email. Press Option+/ on Mac, or Alt+/ on Windows, to copy a link to the current email.
